Prof. Dr. Nirmala Pradhan getting honored with the National Botany Award 2079.
The Rastriya Wanaspati Puraskaar is awarded to the person, team or, organization for their contribution on identification, study, research, technology development, conservation and sustainable development of plant resources. The Rastriya Wanaspati Puraskaar was established in 2066 B.S. and is felicitating the distinguished personalities on the ceremony of Plant Resources Day, Chaitra 29, every year.
The amount of National Botanical Award is Rs.2 lakh. This award is given by the Department of Botany every year on National Botany Day, Chaitra 29th.
